I help organizations and communities build healing-centered, identity-affirming spaces where Black men and adoptees can belong, grow, and lead with confidence.
As a Black adoptee, educator, and founder of EmpowerMENt, I know what it’s like to be “the only one”—and what’s possible when that story is transformed into purpose. My mission is rooted in lived experience, doctoral research, and proven results: equipping Black men and adoptees to move from surviving to thriving, in classrooms, boardrooms, and beyond.
By blending academic research, leadership experience, and hands-on mentoring, I design programs that go beyond mere checklists to foster a sense of belonging, resilience, and leadership.
Whether through cross-mentoring, workshops, or coaching, EmpowerMENt builds leaders who thrive with a sense of identity, purpose, and power.
EmpowerMENt isn’t just coaching—it’s a framework for transformation. Let’s build lasting change together.
I am ready to work with you.
